How do I track my online order?
Our top Priority is our customer satisfaction. Please Allow up top 3-5 working days for your order to be processed and shipped. All items are shipped with tracking so nothing can go lost or missing!
You may return your Online order up to 14 days after receipt (except for Creators Lab products, Gift Cards and Engraved Jewellery). To return your order please proceed as follows:

How do I return my online order?
Our top priority is our customer satisfaction. You may return your Online order up to 14 days after receipt (except for Creators Lab products, Gift Cards and Swarovski Masks (if unpacked due to hygienic reasons). To return your order please proceed as follows:
STEP 1:
To register your return, please go to our contact page at Contact – DiamondsArmor
STEP 2:
Enter your Online order number and email address and wait for a reply from our service.
STEP 3:
If return is accepted pack the item(s) to be returned in the original carton using the original packaging materials.
STEP 4:
We do not accept the return of modified or engraved jewellery.
STEP 5:
Return the parcel according to the instructions of your chosen return carrier.
STEP 6:
Keep the proof of return postage.
STEP 7:
Allow approximately 7-14 working days for the return process. Once your Online return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation email and the refund will be processed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account. You can track your return parcel with the link provided by the return carrier.
